AND THE OUTSIDE TEMP IS 60 DEGREES.

BOTTOM IT SAYS SMELL TEST PERFORMED, SMELL DETECTED. DOES THAT MEAN

A: NO, DRIVER IS REQUIRED TO DO A SMELL TEST ON
ALL DELIVERIES TO CONFIRM THE ADDITIVE HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE FUEL
BEING PUMPED INTO YOUR TANK. THIS IS A SAFETY MEASURE BECAUSE
PROPANE IS ODORLESS, AND A LEAK MAY NOT BE
DETECTABLE WITHOUT THE ADDITIVE MIXED INTO THE PROPANE.
Q: I REVIEWED MY BILL, I SEE A CHARGE FOR A MINIMUM BILLING, WHAT
IS THIS FOR?
A: THERE IS A MINUM BILL OF $36 ON MONTHLY HEATING
ACCOUNTS, AND $84 MINIMUM BILL FOR ONCE A YEAR FILL ACCOUNTS.
